Description

Professional learning communities involve an ongoing process in which educators work collaboratively to discuss, implement, and make changes to instructional practices as needed. The focus is on continuous improvement in teaching as well as in student learning.  This video shows an example of a professional learning community conducted with Career and Technical Education (CTE) teachers.
